Placing Your Order

Pricing

Prices quoted are in Australian dollars (including GST) or English Pounds (excluding VAT).

Orders from NZ, South-East Asia, Canada, USA or South America will attract a 9% discount off Australian dollar prices.

Birth International will endeavour to maintain the listed prices for the life of the catalogue, but due to exchange rate fluctuations and publisher’s price rises, prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Payment must be made in either Australian dollars or English Pounds. Personal cheques (in either $AUD or STG£STG), bank drafts or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Access, Switch and Bankcard) are accepted. Minimum credit card purchase is $20.00 or STG£20.00.

All foreign and personal orders must be pre-paid. Pro-forma invoices including postage can be provided to assist with pre-payment. Orders on an official order form, with an order number (Australia & UK only) will be invoiced.

Shipping

Orders are normally processed within two days of receiving your order. If we are unable to fill your order immediately, it will be placed on automatic back-order and supplied, with no additional postage charge, when stock is available. All overseas orders are shipped via airmail.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and we will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in good time and condition. You may return any item for any reason within seven days, provided that it is packed securely and has not been used.
