The Dutch are noted for their art of midwifery and now their famous
Birth Mate stool is available through ACE Graphics. Custom designed for use in either hospital or home, these stools have been extensively tested in The Netherlands and are made to their exacting requirements. Each stool is:

• Made from high quality plastic for strength
• Easy to clean --- moulded all in one
• Equipped with a detachable stainless steel basin graduated for measuring blood loss
• Open at the front to allow supervision of the birth process
• Fitted with a specially designed seat, leaving the buttocks and pelvic floor free while providing stable and comfortable support
