The Birth Series
This set of CDs was created by reflexologist Lena Chandler, to support her clients through conception, pregnancy and birth. The music encourages deep
relaxation, the exploration of instincts, and intuition and connectedness within the body, the growing baby and the rhythms of pregnancy and birth.
Moon Flow - Conception
Aims to promote natural fertility and put women in touch with the different energy of the menstrual cycle, whilst eliminating stress.
Deep Within - Pregnancy
Designed for use during pregnancy, the music aims to relax mother and baby and deepen the bond between them as the pregnancy progresses.
Intuitive Birth
Suggested for use from 37 weeks of pregnancy, this music has been created to simulate the rhythms of labour and birth, using drums to create
contractions and deeply calming tones for relaxation in between.
